Currently, I am only serving people as a telehealth therapist. I have over two decades of experience working with adults experiencing life challenges.
It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to reach out for help and I understand the investment required in doing this work. I want to make your time in therapy valuable and worthwhile. My approach is validating as well as direct. My clients have said that I get to the root of their situations quickly and provide clear ideas of how to cope differently. I am a skills-oriented therapist who has many ideas for strategies for working towards your goals.
With me as your therapist, you will get someone who will listen and provide you will an upfront response connecting to your whole self. My therapeutic approach includes treating the mind, body, and spirit. Mindfulness is a part of my professional and personal practice and I use it with my clients.

Therapy for individuals who want to pay a fee for service/private pay/out of pocket:

Insurance
Options
Please be aware:
we are out-of-network with ALL insurance companies.
You will need to contact your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits.
Session fees would be paid in full, out of pocket, and prior to service. After each session is completed, we can provide you with a superbill so you can submit it to your insurance company.

Who would be my Therapist?
Terra! Terra has been in therapy and counseling for more than two decades helping clients tackle not just stress, but many mental health struggles and diagnoses, from the very small to the very complex. She is a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota and would love to get connected!
How would we connect?
Telehealth therapy sessions take place via a HIPPA-compliant platform.
Is this just for Individuals or can Couples go together?

How would I pay for my telehealth therapy sessions?
People often have different reasons for how they pay for sessions with Terra (privacy needs, insurance needs, etc.) Please click here for additional information regarding payment options.
Is therapy only available to Minnesota residents?
Yes. Did you know that therapists have to be licensed in EVERY state they work in to provide therapy? While it may not technically be impossible for an individual therapist to be licensed in each individual state, it is nearly so (and very impractical.) So yes, Terra is licensed in Minnesota, so those she works with need to be residents of Minnesota.
